How we produce our products

Product development:

We can provide our clients with a 3D printed model, or a hand made model of his/her design/concept.

Mold development:

Clients can send us 3D engineering file (PRO-E, Solidworks, IGS, etc. format) for creating mold.

Clients can send us a model of the product. We will create a mold through computer scanning, which will create a blueprint for the product.

Production technique:

We produce our products by either injection-molding, blow-molding, reheat-stretch-blow molding or vacuum forming processes.

Decoration technique:

We decorate our products by using thermal transfer printing, silk-screen printing, pad printing, in-mold label decoration, electroplating and painting. Clients must provide us with the artwork file in AI, CDR, PSD etc. format.

Product packaging:

We provide our clients with the options of polybag packaging, shrink packaging, clamshell packaging etc..
